TRUE AG & TURF IS HIRING DIESEL MECHANICSColumbus, NEBenefits:
- Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on experience
- Company-provided uniforms
- Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills

- $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
- Temperature-controlled shop
- 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own tools
- Must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
- Preferred formal training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
- We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
- All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
