Benefits:
  • Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on experience

  • 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have your own tools
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
  • Preferred formal training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
  • We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
  • All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
